1. High speed mixer is an important premixing equipment for treating the powder+pellets or Powder+powder before loading into the feeders. It has  two kinds of rotating modes, slow speed and high speed.

2. For color masterbatch production, we use the color mixer. The premixing can help the color powder mixes with the polymer in the extruder barrel better and easier.

1. Volumetic feeding is adequate for many solids feeding applications. Feed accuracy in the range of 2~5% can be achieved.


Applications Where Volumetric Feeders Are the Best Choice
Volumetric feeders offer a low cost and easy to use option for batch or continuous applications when the bulk density of the material being fed is consistent or when precise feed accuracy is not critical to the quality of the end product.
XINDA makes volumetric screw feeders that provide reliable and consistent performance. Single screw volumetric feeders are the best choice for easy flowing materials, while twin screw volumetric feeders are the best solution for more difficult to handle bulk materials. Volumetric feeders are available in a number of different models and hopper sizes to meet a wide range of feed rates.

Single Screw Volumetric Feeders
The single screw volumetric feeder is designed to provide volumetric feeding for a variety of materials including pellets, granules and free flowing powders.
Single screw feeders are available with a wide range of interchangeable feed screws depending on the material being fed. The feeder is mounted on a painted steel base plate. All material contact parts are stainless steel. The feeder is easily disassembled for cleaning or change-over. The feeding bowl employs a horizontal agitator to improve material fill of the screw flights. The feeding bowl design allows material to flow evenly from all directions into the screw and effectively avoids material build-up, making feeding more accurate.
Optimum feed screws are determined based on material characteristics of the bulk solid to be fed. Following are estimated feed rates for free flowing materials. For feed rates at either end of the range, feeder testing is recommended.


Twin Screw Volumetric Feeders
The twin screw volumetric feeder is designed to provide accurate volumetric feeding for a wide variety of difficult materials including poor flowing powders, fibers and flakes.
All material contact parts are stainless steel. The feeder is easily disassembled for cleaning or change over. The feeding bowl employs a horizontal agitator to improve material fill of the screw flights. The feeding bowl design allows material to flow evenly from all directions into the screw and effectively avoids material build-up, making feeding more accurate. An optional vertical agitator is available for poor flowing powders that tend toward bridging.
Optimum feeder screws are determined based on the material characteristics. The following estimated feed rates are for free flowing materials. For feed rates at either end of the range, feeder testing is recommended.

The motor speed regulator uses a frequency inventor, which may be supplied by the end user.


  
2. Gravimetric feeders relies on weighing the materials to achieve a required dischage rate or batch weight. The feeding accuracy ≤±0.5% can be achieved.
